Amenities
The Amenity Center is accessible to residents through a phone app called PDK (ProData Key.) Residents will need to agree to the Facility Use Guidelines to enable PDK access on their personal device. Please note that residents cannot share app logins and must register each household member seeking access.
1. Complete the Onboarding Questionnaire and Agreement Form via Jotform linked below.

According to our Facility Use Guidelines, minors under 16 are not permitted to use the amenity center without an adult. Minors aged 16 or older are permitted access if their parent or guardian completes the minor release form below.

2. The HOA team will approve your registration in the order it is received. Please allow up to (72) hours for your account to be processed.
Once processed, residents will receive an email from PDK (Prodata Key) with a link. This email is sometimes found in the junk/spam mailboxes. Please click this link to be redirected to the App Store.
3. Once the app is downloaded and open, please select "opening gates and doors." You will then log in with the same email used to register.
4. Please select both invitations by clicking each pop-up when prompted. Please allow Bluetooth on your cellular device for the best user experience.
5. Use the app to gain access to the amenity center.
