Community Room Reservations
Rental reservations will only be considered for a ‘Resident/tenant in good standing’ with the HOA. ‘Resident/tenant in good standing’ is defined as a resident who:
- Is current with their Association assessments and/or other fees
- Does not currently have unpaid fines assessed against their account
- Does not currently have any property violations
- If you are a tenant, you must be registered with the HOA
The rental includes use of the indoor community room only. The pool cannot be used during any party rental, and there are no pool reservations.
Rentals are for Winding Creek Residents/tenant and their guests only. Residents/tenants must be present for the entirety of their rental.
Rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis, and scheduled lifestyle events will affect rental availability.
Completing the rental agreement does not confirm or guarantee your reservation. The calendar is updated as requests are approved, so availability may change while your request is under review. The HOA Management Team will respond to rental requests within 72 hours. Once approved, payment must be submitted within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the time slot will be released to the waitlist.

Includes access to: 8 Rectangular tables, 64 chairs, a kitchen, and bathrooms.

Rental Process
- Reservations cannot be made more than three months in advance.
- Check the Community Calendar to see if the date you wish to request is available.
- If available, complete the Rental Request Form.
- Wait for an email confirmation from your Lifestyle Director. We will email you back within 1-3 business days to confirm date availability, confirm resident standing, and begin the rental process.
- Once approved, the room reservation will be held for 24 business hours. If payment is not received within that time frame, the date will be reopened to accept new reservations.
- As long as there are no damages to the facility or equipment during the rental and all rules are followed, no additional fees will be assessed.
