Architectural Modifications

Our Winding Creek governing documents require that the Association approve all proposed architectural changes before any work is started.
 
Every homeowner must contact the Community Manager and the Association’s Architectural Control Committee (ACC) when considering a project outside their home that may involve but are not limited to:
  • Painting the exterior or trim
  • New front door or screen
  • Redesigning or installing landscaping, irrigation, and/or lighting
  • Constructing a fence, wall, and/or gate
  • Adding a secondary structure
  • Installing solar panels or satellite antenna
  • Exterior changes not in a private zone
  • Gutters
  • Solar Panels
  • Fence staining
What information do I need to provide when submitting an application?
  • Lot survey (this can be found in your closing documents)
  • Drawing on the lot survey of your proposed project
  • Dimensions of what you will be installing (height & width) Example: Pergola, shed, playscape, deck, flag pole, etc.
  • Colors and types of materials used
  • Permits obtained by the city (if necessary)
