CCMC Payment Options

Pay by Mail
When paying by mail or through your online bill payment service, separate checks and envelopes must be used for each account. Each check should also list the account number to ensure accurate application of funds.
 
Please make sure you mail your coupon/statement stub with your payment. Any payments that cannot be processed automatically by the payment processing service center will be processed by converting your paper check into an electronic check transaction.

Recurring Payments

To establish eligibility for recurring payment processing through Alliance Association Bank, please visit our webpage at www.ccmcnet.com/payment-options. Select the state your community is in. Under New Users, elect to Setup Account and follow the prompts as directed. Please note there is no charge for the election of recurring eCheck payments.
 
*If you establish recurring payments with Alliance Association Bank and your assessment changes, updating your payment with any noted changes to your assessment value will be necessary. CCMC and Alliance Association Bank are not related companies. To comply with privacy laws, we do not share personal information. 
 
You will need the following information-
Management Company ID- 6675
Association ID- 586
Property Account Number- (listed on your statement, typically 5-6 digits long)
 
One-time Electronic Checks
 
Visit our webpage at www.ccmcnet.com/payment-options, and select the state your community resides. Under One Time Payment, select the eCheck or Debit/Credit Card icon and follow the prompts as directed. The bank charges a $2.95 fee per transaction for the use of a one-time eCheck payment.
 
Debit and Credit Card Payments
 
Visit our webpage at www.ccmcnet.com/payment-options and select the state your community resides. Under One Time Payment, select the Debit/Credit Card icon and follow the prompts as directed. The bank charges a $5.00 flat processing fee per debit card transaction and a 3.5% per credit card transaction.
 
Sign Up for E-Statements
 
To sign up for e-statements please click HERE.
 
*By completing the opt-in process, you will have the ability to control how your association assessment statements ("Statement(s)") are delivered to you. Your Statements will be received in the manner you select, either by print or e-mail. If you elect to receive your Statements via e-mail, you will be responsible for keeping your e-mail address up to date in this system at all times. Failure to receive a Statement via mail or e-mail does not relieve you of the requirement to pay your association assessments. To ensure all activation and e-statement emails are successfully delivered, it is important to add the @opt-e-mail.com domain to your safe senders list.
 
 
Individual Bank Bill Payment Services
 
If you are using a bill payment service through your bank or a third party, please review your account number and remittance address. Many bill payment services remit electronically and the correct account number is essential for proper posting. If your assessment has changed, you must also update your account information with your financial institution.

If you have recently closed on your home, please note: The pro-rated current quarter amount and a full additional quarter are paid at closing, so you may not have assessments due until the following quarter.
