Pay Assessments
Winding Creek homeowners pay quarterly HOA Assessments.
$1,200 yearly | $300 due quarterly
Due Dates: January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1
Assessments are considered late if payment has not been posted to your account on the last business day of the month when they are due. Payments may take up to ten business days to post. Payments are NOT included in your monthly mortgage and must be made separately.

Recurring Payments
To establish eligibility for recurring payment processing through Alliance Association Bank, please visit our webpage at https://vmsweb.ccmcnet.com/Default.aspx?aspxerrorpath=/resident.aspx. Follow the prompts as directed. Please note there is no charge for selecting recurring eCheck payments.
*If you establish recurring payments with Alliance Association Bank and your assessment changes, updating your payment with any noted changes to your assessment value will be necessary. CCMC and Alliance Association Bank are not related companies. To comply with privacy laws, we do not share personal information.
You will need the following information-
Management Company ID- 6675
Association ID- 586
Property Account Number- (listed on your statement, typically 5-6 digits long)
One time E-Check
Visit our webpage at www.ccmcnet.com/portal. Under One-Time Payment, select the eCheck or Debit/Credit Card icon and follow the prompts as directed. The bank charges a $2.95 fee per transaction for the use of a one-time eCheck payment.
Pay by Mail
When paying by mail separate checks and envelopes must be used for each account. Each check should also list the account number to ensure accurate application of funds.
Please make sure you mail your coupon/statement stub with your payment. Any payments that cannot be processed automatically by the payment processing service center will be processed by converting your paper check into an electronic check transaction.

Sign Up for E-Statements
To sign up for e-statements, please click HERE.
*By completing the opt-in process, you will have the ability to control how your association assessment statements are delivered to you. Your Statements will be received in the manner you select, either by print or e-mail. If you elect to receive your Statements via e-mail, you will always be responsible for keeping your e-mail address updated in this system. Failure to receive a Statement via mail or e-mail does not relieve you of the requirement to pay your association assessments. To ensure all activation and e-statement emails are successfully delivered, adding the @opt-e-mail.com domain to your safe sender's list is important.
Individual Bank Bill Payment Services
If you use a bill payment service through your bank or a third party, please review your account number and remittance address. Many bill payment services are remitted electronically; the correct account number is essential for proper posting. If your assessment has changed, you must also update your account information with your financial institution.

If you have recently closed on your home, please note: The pro-rated current quarter amount and a full additional quarter are paid at closing, so you may not have assessments due until the following quarter.
